The prime requirement of the ADWEA was to procure a Communication Network Management Solution to operate the resources in a consolidated way and support transforming telco operations into core operations, alongside electricity. GDi has executed consultancy workshops prior to the implementation on which the strategy of development has been agreed. Also the implementation of the Network Inventory supported operations for both passive and active equipment and throughout 5 departments. To trully make the system functional and operational GDi has also undertaken the task to supervise the field survey of the communication network data and populate the accurate data into the system.
